Your free class, step by step
What happens, start to finish
- You send the form below.
- Within one day, Coach K calls or texts to confirm your class.
- On the day, arrive 15 minutes early and sign the waiver. A parent signs for a kid.
- First, Coach K shows you how to tap.
- Then you drill with a partner who goes easy.
- At the 60 minute mark, class ends.
- Want to come back? Ask Coach K about membership.

A few things before you come
- Kids classes are for ages 5 to 13.
- Everyone signs a waiver. A parent signs for a kid.
- No gi needed the first time. A t-shirt and shorts or sweats with no zippers or pockets is fine.
- Parents can watch the kids class.
