The short version

This website tells you about the gym and lets you ask for a free class. Use it honestly and don't copy our photos or logo. Training on the mat is covered by the waiver you sign at the gym, not by this page. California law applies, and if something goes wrong, call Coach K first.

1. Acceptance

By using buffaloblackbjj.com, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy at /privacy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What this site is

Buffalo Black LLC runs Buffalo Black BJJ, a Brazilian jiu jitsu and eskrima gym at 7475 Murray Dr Suite #6, Stockton, CA 95210. This website describes our classes and schedule and lets you request a free class or send us a message. Sending a form does not create a membership or any payment obligation. Memberships, if you choose one, are agreed separately at the gym.

3. Who can use the forms

You must be 18 or older to send a form. A parent or legal guardian must send the request for anyone under 18, and a parent or guardian signs the gym waiver for a child.

4. Using the site fairly

Please don't:

Send false information, or someone else's details without their permission.
Send spam, harmful code, or automated requests.
Try to break into, overload, or interfere with the site.
Use the site for anything unlawful.

5. Our content

The text, photos, logos and the bbb mark on this site belong to Buffalo Black LLC or are used with permission. The Ares BJJ name and mark belong to their owner. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Other websites

The site links to other websites, such as our clothing shop at trnbbb.com, Google Maps, and our social media pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

We try to keep class times and details accurate, but the schedule can change. Please confirm with us before you come. The site is provided as is, without warranties beyond those California law requires. Nothing on this site is medical or fitness advice; check with your doctor before starting any training.

8. Limits on our liability

To the extent California law allows, Buffalo Black LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to the amount you paid us through the website in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free class request is zero. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under law.

9. Your responsibility

If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that causes a claim against Buffalo Black LLC, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

10. Ending access

We may block anyone who breaks these terms from using the site or its forms.

11. California law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any court case about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California.

12. If something goes wrong

Please call (209) 889-5800 or email bbbfoster@gmail.com first, and we will try to sort it out. If we can't, either of us may go to court as described above, including small claims court where it applies.

13. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
